hi guys, anyone know a good link for piccies of Ruin Ridge?
Its a feature in the Egyptian destert (western desert), south of El Alamein.
Ive been looking, cant seem to find anything. Just downloaded and gonner check google earth but i doubt ill find it on there.
So yea any help?

As for the pic, you sure thats Ruin Ridge? That is the name of the ridge though, so thank you for that :)
talking of ridges, theres one which the aussies attacked, slapped 2 Italian divisions up in the process ... i found that one .... a small sandy piece of nothing.
Guess it makes sence back then, where the troops where positioned. As the histories say. ... it was a good view point. But just looking on a map ... its nothiness. :eek:

yea i'm sure for the second one qnd for the first one it is from an australian website about the attack and the pic is called EL MITEIRIYA.
