Every game, no what what it is, has at least some form of error/glitch/bug. These bugs can have different effects, either being annoying, helpful, or hillarious.
I decided to create this thread so that we could all share with each other the bugs that we have encountered.
I will start. :)
This first one is from Call of Duty 2. After clearing a building of Germans, I found a German lying dead on the floor, but with his mouth moving. My best guess is that he was saying something when he died and his mouth animation got stuck in a loop. Note that I did change the brightness of the movie, as it was originally quite hard to see.

This one is a bit of a spoiler, so if you play Oblivion you might want to not read this.
This bug took place after I completed one of the main quests, which was to close a gate outside Bruma. In this quest I linked up with a captain and two Brum gaurds in Oblivion who had gone in before me to try and close the gate. So I went through the whole quest and tried my best to keep them alive (The captain couldn't be killed, the gaurds could though. I decided to keep them alive anyway, though). This wasn't helped by them always rushing into battle, so I would always have to save their ass. Eventually we reached the top of the tower and I grabbed the sigil stone. This closed the gate to Oblivion and we all appeared back outside Bruma. Unfortunatly, it seemed that my efforts to keep the two gaurds alive had gone to waste, as for some reason the trip back home had killed them both. Despite this, they both stood as if they were alive. After realising this with the first gaurd (and moving him, which caused him to fall over), I filmed this:

As you can see, the gaurd is stood as if he was alive, yet I can loot him and as soon as I press 'z' (move) on him he drops like a brick.
