Nah, it's not going to be free, they already said $10 on steam when it comes out.

But from then on out... using the Steam release, all updates to Garry's Mod 10 will be free. So if Garry's Mod 11 (doubtful that they'll call it that) comes out, it will simply be an update to your $10 purchase.

Yea Gmod 10 looks awsome and worth the money. I just don't play gmod 9 very much though...
