It was a bundle pack back in 1996 when I got an Omega PC. It had Rally Championship, Star Trek and PGA Tour. :D

Close Combat 2 for PC Way back in 98 :D

I played that game so much, its where I got all my knowledge of firearms and tactics.

The graphics were totally amazing way back when it first came to PC's. I was blown away the amazing coding and was wondering how on earth a human mind can create a game of such awesomeness proportions.

I got three games when I first got a PC, they were Load Runner 2, Incredible Machine,and Kings Quest VI: Heir Today Gone Tommorow. I only beat Kings Quest like last year.

And wow, BF Vietnam for a first PC game, hm, it seems that a lot of these people havent even owned a PC for the last decade.

As for me, my first was Dark Forces (1 of course) back on DOS. Great game. I'm actually kinda in the mood to play it now...

Dark Forces!

The only thing I remember is the three different kinds of "dark troopers" (I think they were called). That skeletal one with the sword, the armored one with a jetpack and I don't remember the other one :p

I think there was only one of the other one, as that one dude used it against you. The skeletal ones were a freaking pain, and they could scare the crap out of you sometimes if you didn't hear them coming. Stupid shield of theirs...

My first RTS game was Command & Conquer: Red Alert, so its obvious how I came to love the genre. Its difficult to get into RTS games if you try to get into them later into your PC gaming experience.

The first FPS I played was Half-Life I believe, so yeh, to start off my gaming life, I play possibly the best titles the genres had to offer. :D

Actually Battlefield: Vietnam was the first one I had to buy a graphics card for. I don't remember my first one.

I played that at age 6, and never got tired of it. I didn't really like the sequels, but Yukon Trail was fun. I once bought a bike and a sailor threw it overboard. :eek:

Yeah Oregon trail was the shit. We didnt have Nazis and Monsters to shoot at back in the day. . .we shot at green buffalo and squirrels. And we often died of diptheria and snake bites :D And your wagon never forged the river more than once without losing an oxen or axle :p
