Hey guys,

Just been told a story, a friend of mine said she saw a Tv show which told about the story of a group of Jewish people which escaped from either one of the Ghettos or Conventration camps into a forest.

From there, there numbers grew where they lived off the land for the rest of the war. There was possibly a number of tunnels or underground shelters which they also dug.

The doc stated that the Germans knew they where in the woods but could never find them thus they all eventually made it :)

She is wondering if there are any articles on the net about the story, any help? :)

Thanks :)

There was a Jew camp in the woods in The Netherlands, they made it for almost 3 year there. They had tunnels, there own kitchen, tents and many more.
The dutch resistant helped them with igging the tunnels and stuf.
But after a time the camp was found by the germans.
