Doesn't matter. If it proves true, it would only prove that bin Laden was holding al-Qaeda back.

And while you may complain about the British press being dishonest, its a beacon of hope compared to the American press. Look at everything the Israeli press office does to spin everything in relation to its country or Palestine. The British press have no such scruples.

Its not bias so much as it is the Israeli PR office writing the news reports for the press. I'm not even being sardonic, they actually do that. The only time I can recall a break from this was when Israel crossed the line in Lebanon, and even then the reporters who went at length to show just what was happening were few and far between. I recall one incident where a Red Cross convoy carrying an NBC news crew was attacked, and subsequently filmed.
